While we can all sit around and suggest what you should do with your truck ultimatley the decision is up to you.
I have to agree with the others there are quite a few parts trucks out there that can be used as the basis for a hot rod. I would prefer not to see a complete truck cut up.
I know that you have had this truck up for sale for awhile and remember it being on Ebay.
What is the reason it is not selling as a complete truck?
The location in the Northeast seems like you should attract a good volume of interested parties.
