OT big block mopar questions

i have a late 60s early 70s dodge truck 361. I put a mechanical fuel pump I ordered for a 67 dodge truck with 383 figuring it would work. I had no old pump to compare it to. not pumping fuel.
My questions are:
Do the B and RB use the same fuel pump?
and is a 361 b or rb?

could just be defective chinese fuel pump......
