You'll see a picture of it at the link next to the brake support plate. If going to disk brakes, I would cut a duplicate of it the same thickness as the brake support plate and install both as added assurance oil will not reach the disk. W/o it, oil can run down the bottom side of the hub to the disk. Those that have installed disk brakes may not be experiencing any issues, they can say. Use slideshow to expand the image.
