The JC405 element we are talking about fits the Deluxe Clear Oil model JC canister, with the T-handle lid.

Not all Power-Wagons came from the factory with oil filters as they were an option. Unfortunately most filter manufacturers of the time period offered their own kits (canisters, elements, and plumbing) to fit all the vehicles that may not have been ordered with a oil filtration system from the factory. Fram, Wix, Cyclone, Purolator, Hastings - they all had their own unique kits. Deluxe was just another of these companies. They just happened to be a preferred supplier to Chrysler.

So this means that a JC405 may not fit. But that would be a good place to start. If you can send me a few good photos of the outside and inside of your canister, I may be able to find a match in the vintage oil filter catalogs I have collected over the years.
