I feel mostly successful in the restomod of the suspension of my '42 WC53. It drives like a new truck but to the untrained eye (you guys don't count) its hard to draw the line between what's new, what's original, and what's just straight out custom. Hiding in that REAL hot riveted skid is a 30 gallon diesel fuel cell. The axles are GM Eatons with 4.57, custom disc conversions, and a Detroit locker and GM 30 spline shafts cut by Dutchman. Front is a 4 link on ORI struts, AGR power steering, and CuNi brake lines with AN / JIC fittings all around.
