I would think so. The brakes are easy. Do something like the 68 brake master cylinder. You done even have to change it bracket to do it. The clutch will be the interesting one. Just build a bracket to hold the pivot point in the same place. Then figure out some linkage and bracket for the clutch master you want to use.
