I doubt it's factory but Clint might know.
Agree far as I know rear PTO trucks got a Gov.
I can't see the dash good enough to see any remnants of the Gov. control.
That replacement engine don't have the extra water pump pulley so I doubt it ever had a Gov.
My WDX came from MN. in better condition with the original engine still running, but the Gov.
Had been removed, probably for a head gasket at some point.
Never know what these trucks went through.
