This looks like an MU-3 winch. The input shaft is level with the ground, unlike an MU-2 which points down quite a bit. If the input shaft on the MU winces is level with the ground, this winch might be a bolt-in replacement. You would have to check the mounting bolt layout, or replace the base (mounting) angle irons.
