230ci Flat Head Balance or not?

I'm rebuilding the 230ci flat heat 6 cylinder in my 1951 B-1-PW. When rebuilding engines, i typically get them balanced. This one I question due to the low RPM's, horsepower and torque. Has anyone had theirs balanced? Did you obtian a noticeable difference?
