Also be aware taking the wheel off as well as the clamps will only let you remove the outer tube, the steering shaft will still be in there. If you pull the drag link and the 4 bolts holding the box to the frame you can pull the whole box/column assemble when you lift the cab - I also found I could pull it out from underneath.
