My wife and I ran a small store and we do lots of work with various people. We hired from the local university and used the military guys as my wife dad and mine were both military. They are great to work with. Anyone with a work ethic gets it. So I like to go with the A and B workers, and not work with those we need to not work with. I agree with the ethics that are in the proverbs. Lazy is bad, hard work is good! If you have a local school then hire the good ones.
Remember we all have children - many are doing well - i am amazed by the good ones from each generation! Cheers
