I purchased everything he recommended,, the round coil and well as the spark plug set, even a set of 8 wide gap plugs (I got two extra,, I always do that!) I bought this in November of last year. Never installed, so everything still in the box and new.
everything is really nicely build stuff, as designed by Tom himself.

the reason I'm not going this direction after making this purchase is that I spent a considerable amount of time making the engine look as stock as possible, and adding an HEI distributor would surely make it not look so stock.
so I'm selling it.
anyone interested? get rid of your worn out distributor along with the points and add some performance while at it. so if your not interested in originality to the stock level, this is for you.
