If you don't mind two 3-into-1 headers, which you could then join into one final exhaust tube, then you can try Tom Langdon's cast iron headers. I bought a set for my (hopefully) soon-to-be-completed 265 flathead, but he also sells them for the 23" flathead, including the 230. Tom's company is Langdon's Stovebolt Six. I'm certainly no performance exhaust expert, so I can't comment on whether my headers look like they will perform like a good set of headers should perform, but I certainly like the looks of them. The workmanship is good, and I like the cast iron appearance better than the tubular steel appearance.
