Near as I can recall there's about 3 or 4 different head sizes and at least 2 different stem sizes - then there's the sodium filled ones that are different again. The later 265's and a lot of the industrial engines used in headers etc used sodium filled valves. Again from memory the KEW engines also used a lot of different parts to the regular 25" engines, including the valves.
