That's used in Civilian trucks, I have one in my '52 B-3 Power Wagon that I added that was originally from a PW supplier's parts truck.
The seller of this one is pretty proud of it based on asking price IMHO, unless it's leak free.
I got mine quite a bit cheaper, but it had many rust through pin holes, But, thanks to advice by Tim H I fixed it rather easily. The answer was to get some liquid epoxy - like what is used in marine- and coat the inside well with it, then pour out excess. Has not leaked in 10 years.
