I'm in the process of replacing the seals on the pto box on my 1954 power wagon. The case is a 12525, matching the PIF. The original seals were National 20236. I ordered replacement seals which are marked-SKF 11224. These seals are much thinner and flimsy compared to the original national ones. Looking at the PIF and doing a google search on National 20236, I'm not locating any info. Any hints where to look and/or where to find heavy duty seals for the output shaft?
