Thanks Tom. I never thought of it being a lever for the belt driven governor. And I have never seen a picture of one before. I guess it's just coincidental that they seem to be perfectly in line with the transfer case levers.
My truck has the complete rear pto with the pulley, but no belt driven governor. There are no holes drilled through the bottom of the dashboard to mount those controls either. Therefore I will assume that it never had a governor. JJB.
