Thanks Dean. I'm going to put a wood bed in it. The debate right now is whether to go with black painted oak, or natural Ipe. Either way we'll use unpolished stainless steel strips. The painted oak is half the cost of Ipe, but the paint will get scratched and may not look great over time. The Ipe will gray out like Teak, and I think scratches will not be as noticeable over time. Ipe also has a mind of it's own, and if it wants to move, the bed strips may not be strong enough to keep it in place. More research necessary....
