The front clip is from a 100/200 and the doors appear to be the same color as the clip and bed. So my best guess is this is a 1962 W300 with the original orange cab that had a 1962-1965 1/2 W200 (or if the PW tags were added LWB D100 or D200) front clip, doors, glove box door, and bed added. Since the rear wheels seem to come close to aligning with rear wheel well and the W300 WB is 133" which is 11" longer than the 122" WB of the trucks that used that bed I'd guess the rear axle was moved forward somehow.

The winch looks fairly original, but it's missing the bumper and bumper brackets from what I can see.

Neat looking truck, but not original and definitely made up of a variety of pieces.
