What you don’t know often shows up in these adds. The gauges are also wrong. And who knows what else. A better comment would be “A nicely or tasteful modified PW.” From the pictures the restoration work appears to decent, but you need to put eyes on it to really tell.
The incorrect bed and other issues keeps the price well below $35,000. You also have no idea what else is not to spec. One would have to spend a couple of hours going through it before paying anything thing close to that price. For 35k I would expect wipers and a working speedo along with everything else working.
