Used on 1948-1953 Power Wagons from what I’ve seen.
The knob faces are hard. I really think there was just variation in the suppliers over time and while there may be patterns I’d guess there have been enough swapped around that detailing the changes might be tricky.
I guess I would start tracking that so in a few years I might have some useful data.
