I have a vacuum gauge and I did test with the gauge a couple of months ago. I cant remember the exact numbers but was in the good range. I really do not know if it is running rich while driving and suspect it is in the garage because of the smell. My power wagon buddy agreed interdependently with that conclusion. I have my timing light, dwell meter which hasn't been used in years, vacuum gauge, dial caliper on order to measure TDC. Measuring/testing jets, metering rods,etc is slightly above my level of understanding and experience. I would love to learn and put it all together. Thanks for you input (and the other who have comments) and together I will increase my knowlege and solve this issue.
