I believe that axle was used from 1957 to 1971 on the W100 and W200 trucks. Here is the Dodge part number for the Steering Knuckle 2954029 (do not referred to as spindle when talking to Dodge part guys). Link is to a source with 1 part. You can also have your local Dodge dealer try a part locator using the above number to see if any dealers in the U.S. have that part in inventory.
