The back doors come from the panel trucks. The only issue is the doors are longer than the 3/4 ton carryall doors and have to be cut to size. Most do this buy sectioning the door. This means a weld across the door about a foot up give or take.
If I was doing a set I would take the lower skin off and cut it at the middle of the first curve at the belt line. Shorten the skin from there down and roll in a new curve. Welding on the curve might control the warpage ....... might not ...... but I have done that in the past on other vehicles and it worked really well.
