two bolts in the top holes are all you need. Cut the heads off some 3" bolts of the correct size. Hand screw them into the top bell housing bolt holes. They don't need to be tight but screwed in deep enough to carry the transmissions weight. Lift and slide the trans into place then insert and hand tighten the lower bolts. Remove the guide bolts and install the upper bolts. You may need to use a pair of pliers to remove the guide bolts as they will be still supporting some of the transmissions weight.
