I put their 13hp engine on an old air compressor a few years ago. Intermittent use so it sits a lot. It still pull starts easy and runs good, I never did hook up the starter.
I paid for a membership or an extra warranty of some sort where they promised a no hassle exchange - don’t recall the details but I remember thinking it took most of the risk out of the deal.
