I have a pile of them in Idaho, but if they are in good shape it is easy to straighten them out faster than a trip to the freight company.
use a heavy dead blow hammer and a concrete floor or solid bench and hammer them straight. The steel is soft and not tempered. for the rings that have too large of gap hold them on edge, offset the ends and hammer the ring smaller. You will have it going in no time. If they have a twist, or helix just stand on one end and pull up on the other.
