ASME publishes the boiler and pressure vessel code (bpvc) and the first section is power boilers. The code is very expensive but with some searching you might find an older copy of the code online or I think ihs marketplace had access on a subscription basis. You could subscribe for a month or two then cancel. These codes are for large modern boilers that are operating orders of magnitude higher in pressure and temperature. It still wouldn't hurt to be a little familiar. It might give you some ideas on how best to design and operate the system. I opened the cap on 12 psi radiator once and can tell you that even non code pressure is quite powerful!!
