Just took delivery of a 48 b - 1 from Wisconsin. When we got it off the truck at fired up ran a few minutes then died. Have not been able to get it started since checked all the fuel lines check the plugs the wires it's getting fuel and a small spark but there is a spark. It has a 6 volt positive ground electrical system. I have 6 volts going to the ignition switch but only 4.2 volts going to the ignition coil. Before I bypass that ignition switch and get more voltage to the coil I just wanted to make sure there's no step-down regulator anywhere in the dash I don't see. The shop manual doesn't show anything between the battery and the coil except the ammeter and the ignition switch.
