You can get the shoes relined. Check on line for a friction materials shop. Cranes and similar equipment still use brake shoes so these friction places service brake shoes. The wheel cylinders can also be sleeved., apple hydraulics does that kind of work.There are places that can rebuild the vacuum booster, like Power Brake Exchange in Pittsburgh,
