Seems it could be possible. I don't know if that gasket is included with pump or not.
There is a separate part number for the housing which is: 1674700
What's weird is, in the industrial 251; 265 catalog, they show a different part number for pump and it looks like the regular one found on the 230 engines. Don't know if they interchange or not or if the belt pulleys line up.
But the housing/pump body style is listed on all the truck engines.
I actually like the housing/pump body style a little better than the 230 style. Easier to change/rebuild, I think. As long as I can find a repair/seal kit for it. Plus it's more like the pumps on the 383 or 440 V8 engines.
