In the 50's and 60's the term "Power Wagon" became synonymous with the meaning of "Brush Truck" in the fire service. The Dodge Power Wagons were employed all over North America as the ultimate brush truck, and the term "Power Wagon" was still in use well into the 90's in PA and NJ, even though the Power Wagons were mostly retired by that point. So it's not surprising that the seller heard the term used in reference to his truck.
