Hard to tell if it has air brakes-don't see the parking brake knob on the dash, but it looks like it's got an air pressure gauge to the right of the instrument cluster. Had a D700 with air brakes that used the Budd wheels instead of the Daytons (bought it from Leonard at the Truck Wrecking Yard on 82nd). Been a while ago...
