Looks like a Wittenberg conversion cab to me. I have one. Wittenberg was a surplus dealer on Hwy 99 in Federal Way, WA back in the '60s. They replaced the front clip with the tilt-forward fiberglass unit, put a fiberglass hard top on the cab, and added a civilian winch, which required torching a notch in the radiator support. The conversion has its practical advantages, but at some point it gets hard to call it an "M37".
