There is a new restaurant showed up here in Seattle in he U district. Its from a Taiwan dumpling restaurant chain. Din Tai Fung. Our daughter discovered it and took us there. YUM!! That stuff just Rocks! After eating your fill they have a black sesame dumpling you can order. Looks nasty! Like you're eating dirt. Tastes just like milk chocolate!

Anyway, the Thai pepper oil reminded me because they have a jar pf pepper sauce you can use on the tables.
