When you are at your site, place your mouse over the address in the address box at the top of the screen, right click and select "Copy". Then come here to post your message, put the cursor in the "URL" box below 'Optional Link' and right click, "Paste" . That should do it, you can then type in the "title" box below, anything you like. Joe's site will remember you everytime you come back. (providing you have your cookies enabled) Cookies are another subject, I like chocolate chip, but that IS another story.
