Most times dealers service manuals will give specialty tool #'s so if someone has one they might be able to get that for you. Probably not available though.I've taken them off without putting monkey marks on them by using leather.
Use channellocks(groove-joint pliers) and put strips of leather on both sides of the jaws to protect the chrome bezel. Never had any problems. Just don't crank down on them hard when you reinstall as there is no need to. Kevin
