Try to find a set of super singles for the W500. Place the crewcab on the W500 chassis. I had an opportunity to purchase such a truck. It was a w500 with a lift of some sort and fitted with 48 inch super singles. I regret not purchasing the truck when I had the chance. I think a crewcab and longbed stepside bed from d/w200 would work.
