Hello:

The 318 and slant six both have different bellhousing bolt patterns. An adapter plate could be made, BUT what you need is the "Universal" Bellhousing used up thru 68 in light Dodge Trucks. This bellhousing has the bolt patterns for all the engines used in the Dodge trucks of this era, hence the name "universal" It is also setup for the hydralic clutch setup which is what you truck has. The bellhousing is very heavy, but its what you need.

you would also need the flywheel and pilot bushing for the 318. I THINK You may be able to use the Slant six clutch on it, but I would advise putting in a new clutch anyhow.

Okay, now for your Motor Mounts...Just unbolt the ones from the 318 truck. Unbolt and use the WHOLE THING! Use the entire mount as its bolted to the frame.

You now have exhaust to deal with....
