Question on /6 to 318 engine swap

Evening. I have a 1966 W200 crew cab power wagon with a tired slant six motor coupled to a 4 speed transmission. My father has a good 318 in a wrecked mid 70's M880. My question is what would be involved in swapping out my slant six and replacing it with the 70's 318? Would the 4 speed bolt up or would I need a different transmission? What about motor mount location? Any help and information is greatly appreciated.
