There's a reason parts for Chevy's are cheaper, they need alot of them! Seriously though, the price difference is not that dramatic, and the 318 is a strong, dependable engine. And as the other guy's said, the Heli-tool shop here in town makes some great fabrication parts for the Dodge engine. I'd go with the 318.
