....a 251 radiator , radiator support, radiator support mount(the piece rivited to the cross member) and the grill extensions. You can have the horizontal bars on your grill machined off about 3/4 an inch so the grill fits flush with the radiator shell, like with the 230 motor. Doing this you don't need the grill extensions.(thats how mine is done)

You will need to notch the lip on the front of the cross member to clear the 251 radiator support. You will also have to drill a couple of holes in the cross member for the 251 motor mount(or modify a 230 mount to work).

If you have a winch you will need the 2 inch longer frame extensions, a longer drive shaft for the winch and a 251 rear winch mount(bolts to back of winch and is bolted at both sides of frame).

These are all the things you need to do to a truck to get it ready to put in a 251. You will now need all parts on the front of a 251 that relate to that motor being in a PW. Radiator hoses and tubes , and motor mount are the main things.

This is the same modification I did to my 49, in the picture. I was fortunate enough to have a running driving 63 donor truck for my conversion.

Hope this helps, if you have any questions you can e-mail me or call me at (817)297-1142.
