HELP! Can Anyone Decode This VIN?

I've found a very odd truck. It has the cab of a 50 0r 51 International L-120, has a 4x4 military frame, bed, wheels and axles, and runs a Chevy 235 6-cylinder. Before I do a restoration on her, I'd like to find out what exactly this is. The VIN# is stamped on the frame just as the military Dodges, front drivers side just forward of the spring shackle. The VIN# is: DR21061CAL. Can anyone help? email me for a picture: munich@lvcm.com
