Putting the 251 in a WDX

I was just wondering what it would take to put the 251ci flathead of the WM series power wagons into a 1947 WDX? My engine is getting tired and I would like to keep a semi-origonal engine in the truck. What benefits does that engine have over the 230? Does anyone know the horsepower and the torque? How bout the top RPM?
