its called a spare tire carrier if your doing any searches. maybe just strap it to the roof? when i used to do lots of offroad adventures I sometimes brought the spare sometimes not. I always carried a tube patch kit tho. only had one flat and was close enough to north bend that we took it in another truck to the truck stop service outfit there and had them patch it. I sipped coffee while they did the work. ;/)
