Tom, I have more responses below. As far as the water distribution tube, that is next up on my list to check. Now if I find it is rusted in half, I may be giving you a call for ideas on how to remove the chunks...
For my last post, I had to laugh. The new CAPTCHA code that came up was "PIST". I am not quite there yet but major projects this close to the Rally do stress me out.
