I’ve taken hundreds of these out. The key is to never attempt to take them out to the point you damage the head. So take a small torch, not a plumbers torch but a proper oxy acetylene torch with a small tip. Heat the screw head until red...quench with cold water immediately. The screw will come out with your fingernail.
Just try to contain the heat to the screw head.
It’ll work...trust me. I’ve never had it fail on a rusty bolt.
