If you are not worried about the glass. Use a propane or mapp gas torch and heat up each screw. The expansion and contraction from the heat will break the rust holding the screw in. When you get it heated up rub the area around the contact point of the screw and frame with candle wax. The wax will flow into the threads and lubricate the threads. You may have to do it a couple of times to get it loose. Do not get the metal too hot that it burns the wax.

The screws actually go into a square bar that is inside the windshield frame. It can be rusted in place also. When you get the screws out use a large rubber mallet to separate the frame halves. Using heat and the wax method will also help with getting the bar out.

Paul in NY thought us the wax method. I doubted it at first but using it I have gotten screws and bolts out that I never could with penetrating oils.

Coat the bar and screw threads with antisieze when you put the frame back together.
