I had to drill out several of the screws after soaking in PB Blaster loosened some of them. After drilling I had to run a tap through the threads in the connecting blocks and install helicoils in some of them. I think you can buy new blocks from one of the vendors. I have never been too good at drilling out old screws right down the center bu eye but I always start with a smaller drill and kep using a bigger drill I brake thru one edge of the screw. Many times a little pick can be used to and a very small hammer can be used to drive the remaining screw shell around until you can get a piece of it with a pliers
