the carter ball and ball from the 3/4 tons, the PWs, the M37s are basically the same with varying types of governors or lack of. early WC 3/4 tons had a zenith carb which i havent run but have heard the carter ball and ball is better/ they ran it for decades so must have been a good reason. on yours I would run a stock one with the cast elbow and oil bath.
